The iconic curving organic form so typical of the Art Nouveau period surrounds the Virgin Mary on this  ‘oh so lovely’ Our Lady of Lourdes antique saints medal. The delicate undulating design makes this patron saint medal especially beautiful. At the top on the left you see the mark for French silver Engraved in French on the reverse is 'Ste de Notre Dame de Lourdes'. Made circa 1900 this medal measures: 1/2" wide x 3/4" long. Ref. 1125
