This exquisite Art Nouveau cross has extraordinarily detailed. It is positively stunning! (see photos, merci) In the center of this beautiful patron saint medal is a lovely depiction of the Virgin Mary. The cross is hung from a yellow grosgrain ribbon with a red cross. The elaborate details of this cross make it one of my favorites. The former French Catholic diocese of Saint-Omer existed from 1559 until the French Revolution.
The cross is 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" together with the ribbon it is 3-1/2" in length.
